Medau is designed to improve the fitness of the whole body as well as stimulating the mind. Classes include stretch, swing and spring, and will improve the fitness factors of strength, stamina, suppleness, cardiovascular stimulation, balance and co-ordination. Working to a variety of rhythms using apparatus such as balls, hoops and clubs.
