A variety of great exercises which go at your own pace, using equipment and body weight. Box-It is the newest class where fast and exciting moves that resemble fighting techniques are used. This is an aerobic and high intensity class in parts which is a great calorie burning workout for people looking to have fun, get fit or lose weight.
When:
Mondays 7:30pm - 8:30pm (Circuit Class)
Mondays 8:30pm - 9:15pm (Box-It)
For:
18+ Years (16+ if accompanied by an adult)
Cost:
£7 per class (If you want to do both classes on the same night it is £10)
